Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team at KP Motors Kannur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their vehicle needs, and guiding them through the sales process to ensure a smooth and satisfying purchase experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and financing options
Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Maintain records of enquiries, bookings, and post-sale follow-up
Collaborate with the marketing team for local promotional campaigns
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors
Requirements:
Proven experience in automobile or retail sales preferred (0–2 years welcome)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for automobiles and customer service
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
